Your own private vault
Documents are stored in your own space on Google Firebase. Access rules are written so that only your account can read them.
Never used to train AI
Your document images and their contents are never used to train AI models, and they don't appear in logs or analytics.
Locked on your device
Turn on the biometric or device-PIN app lock and the vault stays closed even when your phone is unlocked and in someone else's hand.
Leave whenever you like
Delete your account from inside the app and your documents, reminders and account data are erased server-side.

Questions people ask
Which documents work best?
Anything with a date on it: insurance policies, extended warranties and receipts, vehicle registration and roadworthy papers, passports and ID, medical results and prescriptions, tenancy and utility paperwork. Clear, flat, well-lit pages read most reliably — the scanner's edge detection does most of that work for you.
What happens if the AI misreads something?
You catch it before it's saved. Docaza shows you every field it extracted, flags anything it's unsure about as Please verify, and nothing is stored until you confirm. You can edit any field then, or later.
Is my data private?
Your documents live in your own vault on Google Firebase, with access rules that allow only your account to read them. Document images and their contents are never used to train AI models and never appear in logs or analytics. You can turn on a biometric app lock, and deleting your account erases your documents and data server-side. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
What's free and what's paid?
Every feature is free. The only limit is how many documents you keep: 10 on the free plan, unlimited for $1 a month. No trial countdown, no feature held back.
When is the iPhone version coming?
iOS is in development. We're not putting a date on it until we're confident in one.
Do I need an internet connection?
You need a connection to read a new document with AI and to sync your vault. Reminders are scheduled ahead of time, so they still reach you when you're offline.
